Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by J&T Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“J&T Web Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) including but not limited to digital marketing services, website design, development, and maintenance, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SMM (Social Media Marketing), and other related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Services

  1. J&T Web Solutions agrees to provide digital marketing services to the client (“Client”) in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement between J&T Web Solutions and the Client.
  2. The scope of the Services provided will be as mutually agreed upon by J&T Web Solutions and the Client, as outlined in the agreement or project proposal.
  3. Basic pricing for the web page ₹10,000 /$150 which may vary due to the different requirement from the client end .
  4. The cost of digital marketing can range from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 ($200 to $1,000) per month, depending on the scope of work required.

Client Obligations

  1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of the Services by J&T Web Solutions.
  2. The Client is responsible for providing necessary access to their website, social media accounts, and any other platforms as required for the provision of the Services.

Payment

  1. The Client agrees to pay J&T Web Solutions the fees as outlined in the agreement or project proposal.
  2. Payments shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the agreement or project proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Refund

Digital marketing services aren’t refundable; however, clients can cancel their subscriptions by giving written notice at least 30 days before the date. We cannot offer refunds for deposits or payments made if projects are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days.

Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, related to the Services provided by J&T Web Solutions shall remain the property of J&T Web Solutions.
  2. The Client retains ownership of any content provided by the Client for use in the provision of the Services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the term of the agreement.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement and fails to remedy such breach within thirty (15) days of receiving written notice of the breach.
  2. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to J&T Web Solutions for Services provided up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability

J&T Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the Services provided, even if J&T Web Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Amendments

J&T Web Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments to these Terms will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on our website. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
